I’m a backend engineer who enjoys solving invisible problems — broken workflows, production fires, legacy code, and systems that quietly fall apart.

Most of my work lives behind the scenes: APIs, databases, authentication, batch jobs, and architecture decisions that make products stable, scalable, and boring (in the best way).

Owned core insurance platforms in production — from backend architecture to incident resolution.

  • Acted as primary technical owner for multiple insurance workflows, responsible for design, development, UAT support, and production stability.
  • Redesigned fragile bulk-upload pipelines by replacing loop-based processing with batched scheduled jobs, dramatically reducing recurring incidents.
  • Identified session-based data corruption caused by multi-tab usage and implemented a robust server-side state strategy, stabilizing high-traffic modules.
  • Led architecture-level root cause analysis for production issues and implemented long-term fixes aligned with audit and compliance requirements.
  • Worked closely with product managers, QA engineers, and frontend developers to translate business requirements into scalable backend systems.
  • Mentored junior developers through code reviews and technical walkthroughs, helping improve code quality and delivery confidence.
  • Regularly handled live production incidents, debugging SQL performance issues, API failures, and race conditions under SLA pressure.

Built backend modules for enterprise union management platforms used by large American organizations.

  • Developed Dispatch & Grievance modules for American union management systems using ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery, Bootstrap, Tailwind), delivering enhanced application functionality that reduced the clients' manual work and saving 58% of their time.
  • Implemented enterprise authentication features including Azure Active Directory Single Sign-On (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (Microsoft & Google Authenticator), strengthening system security.
  • Collaborated closely with a cross-functional team of developers, DBAs, business analysts, and managers in an Agile environment, leading daily scrums and sprint planning to ensure timely project execution.

Contributed to healthcare applications and helped stabilize modular MVC systems.

  • Developed and implemented codes on three projects related to the healthcare domain, one of which is built from scratch.
  • Worked closely with other team members to identify and remove software defects.
  • Introduced best practices in code writing to ensure optimized and efficient implementation of modules for two projects on IPD, OPD, Service Charging and Costing, and Patient Management modules.
  • Laid out the software maintenance roadmap by introducing process ensuring regression free deployment.
  • Amended existing software to upgrade interfaces and elevate user experience resulting in increased user retention.
  • Carried out extensive system testing alongside development of playbook to be used for all future system and integration tests to identify defects early in release cycle.

Early-career experience working on insurance-related financial validation services.

  • Worked with the team of twelve members including cloud engineers, support, and testers to identify analytical requirements and collect information to meet customer expectations.
  • Sound understanding of end users related SLAs, actively fixed the malfunctions to prevent application crashing, and planned to deploy for minimum user impact.
  • Analyzed, coded, and implemented the financial contract generations and validations for an insurance-based project.
